Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellations and rescheduling of appointments must be made a minimum of 24 hours prior to your appointment start time. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will result in a rescheduling fee totaling 50% of your entire service total not to exceed $60. Further appointments will not be scheduled until fee is paid in full. One grace cancellation will be given on first offense with a friendly reminder of this policy.
Cancellation policy will be modified for appointments affected by inclement weather. Instead of 24 hours notice, I will require 2 hours notice of any cancellations or rescheduled appointments. Remainder of cancellation policy will not change.
The inclement weather modification will go into effect on days Carroll County, MD schools are closed due to snow, ice, sleet, or rain. Saturdays will be determined on case by case basis.

No show appointments will result in the cancellation policy going into effect, you will be charged a fee totaling 50% of your entire service total not to exceed $60, in addition to a no show fee of $25. To schedule a future appointment you must pay the cancellation and no show fees in full.
Further, a 50% deposit will be required to book your next appointment and it will be applied to your service total upon checkout.
